7-day return window

Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or wrong product

Please record an unboxing video and email it to support@imperialscents.in within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free pick-up and replacement or refund.

Refund timeline

• Prepaid orders: refunded to original payment method within 5 – 7 business days of pick-up.
• COD orders: refunded via UPI / bank transfer within 5 – 7 business days.

Non-returnable items

• Opened or used perfumes (for hygiene reasons)
• Sample sets, decants and gift cards
