Returns & Refunds
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your satisfaction matters to us — if your order arrives damaged or has an issue beyond your control, you can request a return within 7 days. We'll arrange a free exchange, or a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging. Once inspected, refunds are processed in 2 – 4 days and credited within 3 – 5 working days (depending on payment method).
Please make sure to record a clear unboxing video while opening your purchase, as this is the only proof we can accept for damaged or incorrect items.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at support@imperialscents.in or +91 83022 87638 within 7 days of delivery. If your return is accepted, we'll share return shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Deodorants and Deo-Sticks (Roll-Ons)
- After-Shaves are non-returnable in any scenario
- Scratches or marks on the product noticed after use
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC / batch numbers
- Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories — including the box, manufacturer's packaging and all other items originally included
- Damage due to misuse of product
- Opened, tested or sprayed bottles (for hygiene reasons)
- Sample sets, decants and gift cards
Refund timeline
- Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5 – 7 business days of pick-up.
- COD orders: refunded via UPI / bank transfer within 5 – 7 business days.
