At Imperial Scents we use the fastest, safest and most reliable methods possible to send your products. We have tied up with reputed courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across India from our Jaipur warehouse.
How much are the shipping charges?
- Free shipping on all prepaid & COD orders above ₹999.
- Below ₹999: ₹79 flat shipping fee.
- Cash on Delivery: ₹49 COD handling fee added at checkout.
Cash on Delivery within India (limited cities)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on most serviceable pin-codes across India. However, this facility is not available in certain remote locations — eligibility is confirmed at checkout based on your pin-code.
What is the estimated delivery time?
- Metro cities: 2 – 4 business days
- Other locations: 4 – 7 business days
- Remote pin-codes: up to 10 business days
Help us deliver on time
To ensure your order reaches you on time, please make sure of the following while entering your shipping details:
- Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark.
- Enter correct City, State and PIN/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these are incorrect.
- Make sure your phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery-related queries.
- For COD orders, please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to pay cash by tendering exact change.
If the package looks tampered
Please do not accept the package if it appears to have been tampered with. If a product is damaged, inform our customer service immediately at +91 83022 87638 or email support@imperialscents.in(Mon – Sat, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST).
Order tracking
With every order you'll receive an email containing the order details. Once we ship your item(s), you'll receive another email/SMS containing the tracking link. You can also view live status on the My Orders page.
